Hi

We arrived in Constanta 9/26 and not able to find any students yet -school for the international students starts at the end of Oct because of the large number coming from the Southern Hemisphere. Email me please

Hi,

I am flying there from Liverpool on the 19th of October. I thought I was being late because of the late arrival! :)

What is your first impression about the school and the city?

That's funny, once Daniel is settled I'm going to Lpool (Prenton?)to visit a close friend...I'm originally from Salisbury.

We like Constanta and and it will be easy to live here in reasonable comfort. Prices are often quoted in Euros since those are mo, though prices are rising. When you get here you will see SDAC however was not accurate about student housing. Rooms are four bedded and the R. students are resistant to International roommates. This is probably because most of them are paying a lot more % of their income than the foreigners and, as you can tell from some of the posts on this board, some (Int. sts.) can be very critical of the country.

The people generally are very friendly and helpful, most hotel/shops have at least some English speaking employees and if you can speak rudimentary Span/Fr/Italian you can sprinkle that around too.
finish to your education
We are a bit concerned that assurances are given that that it will be "easy" . True tha individual subjects of medicine is not particularly hard, as graduate sciences go, but there is so darn much of it. And remember from now on, there IS no end to your studies.:D
