Information about Wroclaw Medical University

Hi everyone!!...i really need some info based upon Wroclaw Medical University?. I am planning on entering the Dentistry faculty, in regards to this i am wondering how is the cirriculum?, what is the drop out rate, and the percentage of students that can successfully pass?. Also how is the faculty and professors. If anyone can possibly answer these questions that would be very helpful. Thank you all again :D

I know someone from my high school who just went to their 6 year md program. She seems happy with it. Haven't heard anything negative from her, but she said the course is though. Although Medicine isn't supposed to be easy either.
I dont know much about their so called "Selection Commitee" > Selection Committee in Scandinavia - University Medical Schools In Poland (http://jedlinski.com/)
I think they are agents, so I might stay away from them if I were you. But maybe somebody else here on this forum knows more about them?

Hello, thank you again for your reply. And yes i do realize Medicine is very hard. But in some areas of Europe it is Unbearable compared to others. That is why i am a bit concerned what university i head off to. I was wondering if it possible to transfer within the second year out of Poland from the dentistry faculty to either the United Kingdom in England, or perhaps transfer to the States?. Do you know if that is even possible?. If ANyone could get Back to Me ASAP!!! that would be so Helpful. Thank you again everyone for your time!!

Oh..if you plan to transfer from Poland to your homecountry or where you wish to, I think it depends on a lot. Here in Norway it is quite hard but it ONLY depends if there is a seat available on the second year or third or fifth or whatever. I dont know how it is when it comes to the states. But why not just finish your whole degree in Poland?

Hello!!, thanks for your reply once again.. Well the reason i do not want to finish my whole degree in Poland is b/c, when i go back to my home country North America, A degree from the Poland or the EU is not recognized so i would have to upgrade which involves a Minimum of 2 years!..Soo...i am not too keen on wanting to do that BUT...IF i was able to transfer from a Dental School from Poland to the States after my second or third year then that would be so Much easier...So basically in conclusion i was wondering if this is even possible or had anyone actually ever done this!!!..Thanks everyone for your time once AGAIN!!:p
