Admission is currently in progress for January '08 semester intake. Applications may be submitted online or by mail. First 10 accepted students receive a $1000 scholarship. Application Deadline is December 20th '07

All prospective students, considering applying to Caribbean Medical University as well as their family members are welcome to visit our outstanding, U.S. standard campus & dorms facilities for academic quality assurance and to meet faculty members, University staff, current students.

If I am a CMU official, I would not waste any my time and money advertising in this forum because almost everyone who comes here questions the university's legetimacy. Advertisements are only effective if they are use on potential customers. After spending the last couple weeks observing this place, I just do not see a lot of people who show any interst in CMU. Unless the interested people are not typing any post at all.

Perhaps he has a completely different reason for posting here, rather than trying to drum up business for CMU? The charter/license/IMED issues (did I forget any?) have been brought up ad nauseum, so maybe this is admissions advert is RL'S subtle way of telling us "I don't care what any of you have to say, CMU is going to persist, business as usual".

If that is not an advertisement, then I don't know what it is. It is a solicitation, no doubts about that. A clever attempt to circumvent paying for an add. (VMD Mods, send them a bill :cool:)

Such desperation.no other school is degraded to advertising to non-existent stdents.and when asked to answer questions,all lies about not having time, but ther is time to post spam on a web board.everytime these things are advertised here everyone is reminded how desperate the situation in that place is.off all the efforts there is still only no more than 10 students.what a shame.

i tell you what. ive got a 5 year old neice. she never went to college or high school. naturally, she never sat for the mcat. however, i told her she could use my diploma, degree, and mcat score. she will be applying shortly and i EXPECT you to accept her for meeting all your requirements due to this "affiliation" i have with her.

i also own stock in dell computers. so i obviously am affiliated with this corporation, so please send my neice's tuition bills to dell computers. they will pay her tuition through my affiliation to her.

It's obvious there are no students coming here so every now and then they post spam adverts to wake up a dying site.that can only work for a limited time too,after a while people will not even care what irrelevant advert is postd here.

Are we going to see history repeat itself again? Last semester, CMU was still trying to sign up students after its classes were already in session. Right now, the new semester has probably already started and RL putted up this ad or post to attract some perspective students. This sure look like deja vu to me.
