Application Processing...how long?

I received an email today that said my application was complete and is ready to be forwarded to a regional office. I was wondering how long it takes to process the application and how I will be notified if I get an interview (phone, email, etc...). Thanks.

Hey,

Once I got everything got sent to the office, a few days later I called to see about setting up an interview. After the interview, which was the following week, it only took two weeks till I got my acceptance letter. Hope this helps.

Thanks Mike...i'm actually gonna be in Florida next week, so i'm gonna call them tomorrow or thursday and see if I can set up an interview in Miami. Hopeully they will have time to process the application by next week.

While its good to stay in tough I wouldn't try to be pushy. They haven't even told you that you were being invited for an interview yet. Also, they schedule interviews easily a month ahead. You probably shouldn't plan on having an interview when you are in Florida just because you will happen to be there. Just be cautious.

In my case it took approx 3 weeks from the day they had my application before I got a call for interview. The interview was scheduled within 2 weeks. It was approx 1 month from my interview date when I received my acceptance letter. During this time There was 2 holidays (thanksgiving and Xmas).
