i need guidence about process and preparation of the PLAB exam

i am a pakistani student and i have completed my MBBS degree from CHINA.now i want to give PLAB exam,please tell me about the process and also tell me about the preparation of this exam, from preparation i mean that, is there any specific course for PLAB,or any other specific material for preparation?
Also please tell me about the job vacancies in uk in this field?
