Forget my previous post - If you go to medical school in Russia you are going to have difficulties obtaining a post anywhere never mind the US.

The lists of “recognized” Russian medical schools exist in Iran, Malaysia, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka and probably India (if they did not cancel it yet). Almost other countries refer to the list of International Medical Schools from WHO. Recently, the states made their own list, but I guess in terms of Russian medical schools it is similar to WHO List.
All Russian state medical schools (about 60) are listed by WHO. So, they are recognized in North America, Europe, Australia, etc. That particularly means that graduates of Russian MD programs may get a job in US scientific and research centers without any additional exams. I know a number of postdoctoral scientists there who originally got MD from Moscow medical schools. However, in a case of medical practice in the states, graduates of Russian medical schools (as well as graduates of almost foreign medical schools) need to sit for USMLE.

Definately not rubbish. What makes u think a graduate from russian med schools have a hard time obtaining a post?

In answer to your question, you need to look at IMED here-IMED - FAIMER International Medical Education Directory (http://imed.ecfmg.org/)
this lists the schools whose graduates are eligible to take the USMLE (the first stage of the licensing process in the U.S.). Note that after you pass USMLE you have to apply to individual state licensing boards for a licence to practise: listing in IMED and passing USMLE does not in every case confer licensing rights/elilgibility. For example California (and perhaps some other states?) does not recognize the English-language progs. of the Russian med. schools.for licensing purposes. Note also that there is no 50-state reciprocity - a license obtained in one state does not automatically qualify you for licensure in another.
So as well as trying to get some information about how well regarded grads. of these schools are, you would be wise to contact the licensing authorities of a few states where you might want to practise.
I'm assuming from your ignorance of IMED that you're new to all this. In which case you should look very carefully at all the licensing requirements for a particular state, e.g. have you got the right pre-requistite qualifications (bachelor's degree/science credits etc.)

Mas, look into the information posted by Dio. If you look into this you will find out why what I posted wasn't rubbish at all. I haven't had time to check out individual US state requirements but I can guarantee you that a Russian English language MD programme will NOT get you licensed in all US states, Never mind get you employed once licensed.

I have been in your position before and I know you are trying to talk yourself into thinking that a Russian education is a good alternative to a quality medical education, big mistake. - harsh but true.

Haha..i understand that the quality of education in russia is not VERY good as compared to countries such as UK or the US but believe me when i say that its much much better from my country. And i cant afford places like australia n UK even though i got accepted.

I'd agree, Russian schools aren't so very very bad.
What you need to avoid Masamune is further repetition of this misleading advice -
...... But to work in the US actually u just have to pass the USMLE..No matter where u come from..

which you reiterated on another thread -
Well..if u wanna practice in the US all you have to do is pass the USMLE exam after u finished your medical education.
In my post above I gave you just a small taste of some of the many obstacles to getting a license in the U.S.A. - even for people who've passed their USMLE. It isn't always so simple.

I understand. But i would still love to try to practice in the US. And i plan to do my post graduate in neurology in the US. Can i do that using a russian med school MD?

I've seen it on VMD a few times - neurology isn't so difficult to get a residency in. But fashions change, who knows in a few years time.
