Isn't this tantamount to advertising, which the VMD admin blocked CMU from doing until they get a charter to operate a medical school/IMED listing?

This is a good point, without knowing where else RL posts his ads inviting students to come to their school or even creating the impression that they have a legit school, viewers of this forum should not have to read him saying things like "invitation to open houses" and "orientation", when infact it has been established and he has admitted that HE DOES not have ANY accreditation YET.

What obligation does VMD have to keep his rants to a minimum and restrict the deceptive posts he makes here. It's like condoning his actions.

This seems to be a playground for RL, where he continues to freely post his information and ads, and attempts to refute his lies.

Responding to members questions is one thing but posting information about a school that is KNOWN not to be legit is another.

But CMU was banned from advertising on VMD due to the fact it does not have a charter to operate a medical school.

You are talking about paid advertisement. VMD is waiting for the IMED listing to allow our banner. IMED listing is not required to operate a medical school.

Notice I said a charter - CMU does not have a charter to operate a medical school, which is required to legally operate a school and issue MD degrees. IMED listing happens after a charter is issued.

The CIU charter authorizes a bunch of UNDERGRADUATE degrees, and as previously mentioned a hundred times does not give the right to bestow MD degrees, nor operate a medical school.

So, the documents you posted before werent official? You are only saying that because those of us in genuine medical schools dont have the time to travel to curacao. Some of us might have the money though-must be those fantastic Sallie Mae loans. Oh wait, you wouldn;t know about that.
