If you were to go to a canadian medical school would it still be very possible for you to pass the USLME and practice in the US. Also are salaries of physicians equivalent oris US greater?

Of course you can write the USMLE. Doctors get paid more in the U.S... of course there are doctors in various specialties making a lot in Canada too.
