If that is correct you may as well tell us in which court or jurisdiction since once you file it, it becomes public record so we can check it out and see what the lawsuit is all about. I am curious because they do not operate in U.S. soil (Canada, India, St.Kitts, etc) so I wonder which U.S. court assumed jurisdiction and over whom.

i have no intent to sit here and argue with you and convince you that i will have them close down and every board on every state knows that their transcripts are falsified. They do not state if the student finished Elp or on campus and that is how they tried to by pass the law but i wont let them. Lawsuit will forbit them from ever operating in us soil or ever holding open seminars in college campuses and also will draw publicity which is a thing that IUHS does not want..... and hen they post their residents on their website i will call their hospitlas and make sure that they know how they got their degree. As far as me being a student say hi to DR rolans and vanessa and jillian skirret and alpida and her husband anthony and their german sheperd dog.. Are you convinced now

With the departure of ****** and Neame a great victory has been won against this school.

Perhaps the school can now get on its feet. Who knows?

They can rally round Dr Rawlins as they should have been doing ever since. He is the only stabalising force there. If it were not for Rawlins IUHS would be over long time.

He is the one who is actually physically there, and who really teaches there (unlike Neame) and teaches soundly (unlike the errors taught by ******.)

Do you know what lawsuit exiuhs is referring to? I have tried to make sense of what has been said, but exuihs' statements are just too incoherent.

I understand that there is some legal issue with the school; however, I cannot understand what are the damages. I did have a brief encounter with IUHS. I attempted to apply and was referred to Dr. ****** for an initial interview. Any consideration for this school ended with this man. He was not professional at all.

Do you mind giving your opinion on the ELP curriculum? Also, if you want, please pm on your opinion.
