Hi, i'm gonna tell you this. Looking for an apt in Santo Domingo is not quite an easy task. Best thing would be for you to be there. A lot of people stay at a hotel for couple days while looking. You want to avoid UNIPLAZA, and these other ones on Ave Mexico(very close to the school). Uniplaza is super expensive and very small, so not worth it. Although, there's "Torre Ne" a little further (on Mexico) away from the croweded area, a lot of UNIBE students go there, it's quite safe there.

Well if Looking for an aptarment in Santo Domingo a lot of people stay at the Zona Colonial, and these other ones on front of Plaza el Conde, Near to Mexico Ave, same highway of Cesar Nicolas Penson (20 minutes from the school). Zona Colonial is not expensive and small, they got god option, and the minimun time is 1 year contract, it means 4 period of the cuatrim for the contract so not worth it. Although, is away from the croweded area, a lot of UNIBE students go there, it's quite safe there.
