ontario student can apply for osap while attending SMU? what abt RBC student line of credit?

yea im sure u can apply for osap. im a alberta resident n i got approved for the alberta loans so im sure u can get osap too. Im not so sure about RBC line of credit.. i went for the TD student line of credit and got it so im guessin RBC should be similar.
