It is very important for all students and alums to show school pride and to help promote the school that is giving them the opportunity to be a physician. As an SJSM alumnus, I believe that you are doing a disservice to your school and yourself by not promoting the school that you attend. The better you perform and the more you get the name of Saint James out to the public, the better your chances of landing a residency and fellowship position. Please do your part in helping out. In my opinion, it is your duty as a SJSM student, alum, and practicing physician. This follows directly from taking the Hippocratic Oath (this should be understood by everyone who has taken the oath, please do not pm me or post a question asking why).
The following is a list of the items, which I ordered from a medical catalog and am selling at cost: 1) Saint James School of Medicine bookmarks for textbooks, 2) Saint James School of Medicine stickers to place on your car or bumper, and 3) SJSM T-Shirts.
The insignia look prestigious and come in the following forms:
A) Saint James School of Medicine
B) Saint James School of Medicine, ALUMNI
C) Saint James School of Medicine, Chicago, Illinois
D) Saint James School of Medicine, Bonaire, Netherlands Antilles
