A young handsome man comes with fever, abdominal pain, diarrhoea, malaise and arthralgia. There are generalised features of heart,GIT and liver involvement. A competent doctor made the diagnosis as "Poly arthritis nodosa". What laboratory values he must have found as positive? in this case.

PAN goes alot with Hep B and it's also taught with P-ANCA although big Robbins pathology text book says that it isn't associated with P-ANCA (the newer edition, the older edition says it is associated)
