If you were to choice between CMU and Martinus what would be "your choice"? And why? I am aware that every University has its own down side. This is not what I want to hear. If anything, I just want to know the mitigating factors affecting your choice.

The decision would be harder when CMU is listed with IMED/WHO. It is not listed as of today.
