I need some guidence,please if anyone can help me

Dear fellows.
I am currently studying at Novossibirsk State Medical University,Russia.
here i am in a trouble.Medium of study is Russian Medium and now i have problem to get credits and exams.as i have poor knowledge of russian language.
Please,anyone can advise me about any medical institute,can accept me in english medium fourth year MD,as i don't have credits and exams of the subjects General Surgery,Pharmacology and Path-Physiology.
Please help me,if anyone can solve my problem.

General Surgery, Pharmacology & Path-Physiology are the major (in terms of knowledge) and very sufficient part (in terms of time/credits) of the 3-d year MD program. It would be crazy decision to go to year 4 without credits (and I assume knowledge) in these subjects. However, I doubt that a good university will offer you such an option. The problem also you would not be able to combine studying at year 4 and getting credits you did not receive before. So, you would just lose your time and money paid for 4-th year expenses.
I guess it is better for you to repeat your current year of study (especially if your in position to change the school anyway) and get some classes (at summer?) to make your Russian better.

I don't think is good idea to go to 4th year straight. Why? Pharmacology, Path Physiology are essential basics for CLINICAL SUBJECTS which you will learn in 4th, 5th and 6th.

I think,it is not useful for you to study in russian medium,as you are studying in fourth year and still having problem with russian language.and also useless to repeat third year.my advise for you is to go to any institute with english medium.i know an institute in kyrgyz republic,as my friend was accepted there in 5th year english medium he had the same problem.and he completed the course there.

i wont be diplomatic in my speech and will be straight forward...

it seems that you were not serious about studying .. and you know it!
i guess that you dont feel like paying the profs to get by... so the only options that you have left are the following:

1- repeat your 3rd year.. at your med school...

2- transfer to some other med school and in english medium.. i am surprised that you still dont master russian as a russian medium student!!
you should think of MMA and RSMU... they are easy schools.. and you ll get by really easily..
