You have a 23 year old patient that comes to the ER with pain in his chest; he says that the pain feels like if someone is sitting in his chest, the pain started 30 minutes ago, and have not gotten better, he also state that his dad died when he w as in his 40’s

1-GERD
2-CHF
3-MI

According to the paitent history I think the answer is 3-MI.

The answer is 4 IMG SURVIVOR, no its not its 3 MI.
What are the MAIN 5 risk factors for MI?

By Hx you can suspect MI alone- you can't say Inferior/ lateral/posterior etc.... Would need to do at least an ECG to suggest localization of the MI.
