21 yo white F has CC of depressed mood for 2 wks. She says that since her therapist went on vacation, she has noted suicidal ideation, crying spells, and incr appetite. She says she left 50 messages on her therapist’s machines saying that she was going to kill herself. PE shows multiple healed scars on her forearm. What’s her DX?
