Anything is possible; I just have never heard of anyone doing it. I would assume it would be easier to gain admissions to a new class than transfer into an already existing class at any of the 3 American medical school programs in Israel.

Only one way to find out. Contact the schools and/or apply. You'll at least be familiar with the weather...
