Hi ppl,
I have an apartment that im going to move out of by the end of august. It is really close to school. Literally 1 minute away from school. Its a two bedroom apartment and the grocery store is also like a minute walk. The beach is in the back partically. It is very close to restaurants and a great location. The apartment comes wiht a fridge, stove, kitchen, one bathroom, 2 bedrooms, a flat screen tv, a living room, and beds of course. It has AC obviously and cable. The rent is 500 per person or 1,000 for the apartment. Electricity and water is not included, but it isn't that bad. It's about an average of 50 dollars per month per person. Utilities, study desks, closets, chairs for ur rooms, and a sofa that can be converted into a bed are also included. So if anyone is interested let me know.
