I used 2004 and did fine. Don't sweat it. Medicine doesn't change that fast.

Its fine the main difference is that 2007 (http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/ASIN/0071475311/valuetheplace-20) is system based.
2007 has ALOT of ERRORS, and I dont remember 2005 having so many errors.
Just try to borrow the 2007 from somebody and copy the important NEW stuff to yours.

But at the end, its my 2 cents and Im cheap:rolleyes:

jus whenever going through concepts such as Most common causes or mortality or incidences of cancers.. its good to be updated..

RR says most common cancers in women are lung, breast, colon respectively... UW says lung, colon, breast.. im starting to hate this lil differences.. anyone? In UW question, one of the choices was lung, breast, colon and it was wrong. ill have to look up fa and see wat they say..

im writing this in my sleep and what im sa... zzzzzzzz

Hey there,

I am using FA 2005 and I think it's great. Like it was said before, 2007 (http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/ASIN/0071475311/valuetheplace-20) is a systems approach and 2005 is a subject approach.

And as Dr. X said, the most commons may be contradicting each other...but that shouldn't be the reason for choosing one book over the other!

Good luck!
