Do NBME3 if you score +400, you will PASS the exam with a good grade.

Do all of them, can't jsut tell you from one, and especially the first one which is considered the easiest.

1- When did you took that NBME?
2- Because the tests are standarizied in theory 370 in NBME1=370 in NBME3
3- Take NBME3 if you score 370 again, and you still have time to postpone, postpone the test, if not I have seen several people score 370 on NBME3 and pass the test. with the exception of two people one got 380 and did not made it, was close, but did not made, another one had a 350 and got a 176.
good luck

You can improve some things, and focus only in your weak areas.
But you are 50/50
Can you buy the extension?
I would recomend to buy the extension that is 3 more months.

Even if your score is where you want it to be for the NBMEs you are clearly not confident in yourself for the exam. My personal opinion is to delay your exam until you feel confident. No one feels 100% ready for the usmle, but going in with such anxiety will only bring your score down.

I know some people just need others to push them to say yes you are ready so go take it. But I am telling you from experience, if you are not confident in yourself, then delay for a few weeks and in that time build up your confidence. It'll pay you off in the long run.

Numbers don't mean much because when you sit for the exam if you are anxious I guarantee you will be cursing at all the people that told you to go write it.

In the mean time do all the NBMEs as others have advised and if you are happy with that score then go for it. Just don't make the mistake of rushing yourself into the exam - it's not worth it.

As cheesy as this may sound it's true - listen to your heart. Everyone can give their opinion but only YOU know if you are ready. And it's ok not to be.

All the best and god bless.

Take NBME #3. If your score is comfortably within passing, stay on schedule. If not, delay.
