theres a bunch whoa re pretty good, and usually 1-2 ballers per class. WE have spiderman in our class who is sick. ANd thirds have a sick bearded baller as well.

FOr locals there is not many that can play better then average, but in truth i havent seen many locals playing besides a few of the younger guys.

on behalf of the big tex/diesel money coalition i am here to tell you the gym is open everyday for lifting however we ask that you bench press your expected future step 1 mark

that is all

we also ask that you wear cut off jean shorts, fish net tank tops, and black industrial work boots.

and by cut off jean shorts, i mean that you can see the front pockets hanging out.

how easy is it to get the proper diet to maintain a body that can bench my step 1.....fruits, veggies, good carbs and lean meats?

darkmansaad

those are the basics, if your lean meats dont provide enough protein to keep you in an anabolic state of growth there is always the big three = protein, protein, and elton johns greatest hits

Indoor courts? cool! I just hope they are air conditioned! i love playing basketball. i did a lot of intermural and club sports in college. good way to keep in shape. also i love to box. i am a boxer for the city of albany (NY) where i went to school...another great (but kinda tough) way to keep in shape. most likely i'll be at Saba this fall. im kinda nervous about the new life but i will sure "fight" through it..lol. looking foward to meeting everyone. im pretty friendly with a smile (never fake). im 21, Haitian american (sak pase!!!) i dont drink alcohol (yuk!) and im ready to bust anyone in basketball who steps to the plate...ever got lost to a girl??? lol:p

You are absolutely correct.... My mind must be in the gutter.... :)

exceptional "pucker"????

Just curious........lol,lol

I'm sure I''ll get a warning for this!!!!!

What do we call good Hockey players? I know when i used to play we called people "wheels" or "dangles", but you know....kids these days probably are callin them "puckers" haha

i believe a popular term is also 'hotdoggin'...originated by sidney crosby in his qmjhl days, one particular incident where he lifts the puck on to the shaft from behind the net & swoops it in a game that was blown out already...
