1- You need to know FA the same way you know your name.
2- I have seen several people score 350 or more in NBME 3, three weeks before the test and they have pass the exam, so you are in the passing range.
3-You have 3 weeks to improve, so I think that you will easily score more than 200.
Godd luck

nbme #2 is said to be one of the best predictors. i think you will break 90, have confidence. and get a good night's rest, even if it means taking a sleeping pill.
you'll do great, trust me, and trust yourself.

nbme 2 or 3 is ur best predictor?? From what i've seen i think the one u write last like 10 dyas before the exam, weather it be 3/4/2 are really good predictors.

get a good night's rest, even if it means taking a sleeping pill.
Don't take a sleeping pill! You have a week left till your exam. Make sure you go to bed around 10pm everynight and wake up 6-7am the next day. If your sleep cycles are off, then get them fixed now!
Don't make the mistake I did. I used to sleep at 1am and wake up at 10am while I was studying for Step 1. I was stupid not to get my sleep cycle back t normal. i took a sleeping pill the night before my test. It didn't work. Went to bed at my usual 1am and woke up at 6am with a throbbing headache. I started my test at 830am and during block 2 the sleeping pill started having its effects. i got all drowsy during the exam :bored: and the headache got worse adn worse. I did OK on the exam, but i can only imagine how much better I would have done if I had just had the common sense not to take a sleeping pill the night before.
DON'T DO IT!
Just my advice. Good luck with the test. i think you will do just fine

let me ellaborate.
i did not sleep the night before my exam. i still did well, but i could have done better.
put it this way, you can waste 2 weeks of hard study time by not performing as well as you could b/c of poor sleep. i.e., instead of getting a 91 you get an 87. try to get on a good sleep pattern now, of course. some people don't think their nerves will get to them, but they often do, and then you are in a bind the night before the exam. the best thing to do is try out a sleeping aid 1 or 2 weeks before hand (just one night), and see how it works. can you function the next day? can you think? did the sleeping pill make you feel worse?
but it is a wise investment to make sure you get that sleep. it's my only regret for that exam. i learned my lesson for step 2cs, and took an ambien the night before, slept wonderfully, felt refreshed, and performed great. i'll do the same for ck next month. just do what works for you, people will have different advise.

A little off topic:
"1. You need to know FA the same way you know your name"
Is it better to save FA till the last few weeks or continuously memorize it weeks before the exam? Also would drilling it be better then just reading it 2-3 times?
thanks!

Do FA continously throughout and on top of that reserve few weeks in the end for drilling it.

...and don't forget to chill on test day
too many people freak out and second guess themselves even though they knew the material inside and out coming into the exam
