A patient presents with a purple colored rash on her upper eyelids and periorbital edema. She also has difficulty climbing up the stairs and also has pain on getting up from a sitting position. Which of the following is also present in this patient?

Right again
This is Dermatomyositis with purple heliotrope rash on upper eyelids with periorbital edema....also has grutton'slesions on knucckles,elbows,knees[erythematous crusted lesions]...It is different from polymyositis in the sense that in polymyositis one finds endomysial lymphocytic infiltrates.Both have bilateral[symmetrical] proximal muscle atrophy.
