If I had to pick one, I would only pick USMLEWorld. Kaplan is alright, but their questions are heavily based/key-word heavy on their books. So if you have their review books, you have their question bank.

If you master Qbank (http://click.linksynergy.com/fs-bin/click?id=c97WUMRO5hY&offerid=47491.490132310&type=10&subid=) you have a good idea of the material, but the questions does not make you think, its maily memorization.

it helps, but also you need to think, the exam is not to regurgitate is to THINK like a chess game.
