Current Students

I was wondering if there are any current students who would share their experience regarding CAHSU. The curriculum seems to cover a lot of material during any given term, and I was wondering how students handle all of those courses. In addition, any insight you may think is important for incoming students. Thanks.

Oh sweet deal! Where are you from? I am guessing you have started by now...were there any activities arranged my the student government that helped you meet people? How are you liking it?

im from houston, and no..not exactly..havent started yet, was supposed to leave on aug 30, but classes there got delayed, so now i dont get there till the 14th of sept...when do u start? and do you know anything yet about their affiliations in the states?

Um no I don't know anything about their affiliations. I start in January '09. I find that they don't provide a lot of information at all about the school. Like, are they picking you up from the airport and everything? Do they have a cafeteria? Do they have activities for you to get to know other students? I am not sure if you recieved this information, but let me know if you did.

Also, will you be living in Los Lagos?

yeah i heard i will be living in los lagos, how exactly did u find out about this school? i totally agree that they dont giv out much info, i still have so many questions thats why i jus went and found current or old students and asked them some questions

lots of the students told me that a lot of the work there like setting up clinicals and stuff has to be done on ur own..do u hav any info on the school worth sharing??

about being picked up from the airport, yes, their student coordinator in belize is supposed to pick us up, i dont really know anything about activities there

Hey. I have no idea how anything works ...affiliations, clinicals, etc. I was hoping u could help haha...I assume that we will find out everything once we get there...i doubt that they would leave everything up to us because we have no idea...remember too that there will be second trimester students there when u show up, so hopefully they can help as well. I am from Canada, so its gonna be tough for me too. So you should have arrived there on Monday...what do u think? I hope you are enjoying it...
