Short-term Insurance - benefits?????

I am in between jobs and need short-term medical insurance. How broad is the benefit coverage under short-term medical insurance?
Needs suggestions.

Obviously short term insurance is not going to be as comprehensive as a long term plan - however we have a short term plan that we have found suits students (and non-students) very well:

I always prefer short term life insurance

as they always give more profit
and anyways for short term its a great information
