Dress code for Miami?

Wondering what the dress code is for the miami semester. I assume when on rotations, its shirt and tie. But what about lectures and misc. meetings.

i used to wear t-shirt and jeans for non-hospital, non-lab, non-patientrelated events - that includes class, review lectures

you absolutely need to dress up for hospital, lab, orientation-day, and anything that involves patients.
