Is there any PA's or NP's enrolled in the program? Is anyone in the HCP program? How is the HCP program at Windsor? What is the maximum credit load or better phrased what is the fastest pace allowed? Can 4 semesters be done in 12 months(48 weeks) or are mandatory school recess/breaks the policy? How long is Carbondale(5th semester) after St. Kitts? I am trying to get a feel for what is the shortest time I would have to stay at St. Kitts if I go full time without a break. I am a PA and was accepted. Also does anyone know if JNP Hospital has a physical therapy dept.? My wife recently had a botched surgery(hospital OR acquired septic joint/knee). She has had 2 and now a 3rd surgery in the past 2 months and will need extensive physical therapy. I am planning to bring her with me as we are a tight family? The hospitals on St. Kitts don't have any contact #'s or Web sites. Thanks.

we got quite a few HCP students on the island. many are nurses, vets, chiro, etc...they all seem to like the program,,,i'd suggest that you call the school campus in st kitts, im sure they will have all the answers to your questions. they can tell you everything for sure. uhh as for JNF hospital, they do have a physical therapy dept. you could most likely get the number for the hospital from the school as well. sorry im not on the island right now if i was i could give u more information. when do you plan on starting ?

Its more like if you do the HMP program you pay 2k more than everyone else, It was supposed to be three semesters in st kitts but yall will end up spending 4. But then you dont have to come to Carbondale for the 5th semester. You should be taking 4 classes for your first semester, leaving you with a really easy load the final semester.
If I was you Id prolly do a bit of your own research as far as getting you a place to rent, bkassab is who I would go with they can find you a place on the cheep, and before the ross students eat them up, if you need help shout me a pm and I'll do my best to link you up numbers names places and what not.

Why would a HCP program grad student with 60 on-site class room hours completed not be able to be licenced as an MD after greenbook core clinical rotations and passage of USMLE parts I,II,CSA and III? Is there any thing else that would be required?

The program is still new..around 3 year or so. So the first HCP participants should be finishing up clinical s this year or so.
