Just curious, do you get your own cadaver in gross anatomy?

you dont mean one per student, right?? we had 5 cadavers and split 70 of us into groups. although it seems like alot of people for one cadaver it actually worked out b/c only about 4 of us wanted to dissect anyway. the rest helped out or just watched.

yes I meant one per person, ok, what class do or did you find to be the most difficult and why?

in first? well anatomy was not hard just lots of memorization. the key is to keep up with the info b/c it can overload on you quickly. i didnt find histo difficult but some people did. especially those who didn't have it before or those who blew it off. it is also difficult to manage to study for histo enough, it oftern gets overlooked in the shadow cast by anatomy. as for informatics, well.... you will see...

second was more challenging but i found more interesting. i enjoyed it because i had to use my brain a chip more. i also enjoyed ethics despite loathing it at first.

Salutations "kemarG":

Different people find different courses to be difficult. I guess it all depends on how you handle each specific course. Many people seem to think that physiology is tough because it requires you to understand and then apply the material as opposed to simply memorizing facts (like Anatomy). Then again, some of us are very good at applying but horrible at memorizing so we find physiology to be an easier course. If I was to pick the toughest course so far on Saba, I would say pharmacology only because there are so many drugs that you have to know and the fact that you have to study pathology and physical diagnosis along with it. Ciao.
