What about T-cells? Do you mean only in localised infections?

T cells are in charge of localizing the infection, for example PPD test, but Neutrophils are in charge of not letting the candida spread.

I am not sure I understand what you mean by "localizing the infection". Could you explain?

i think t-cell
as t cell kill candida albican in superfacial skin infec,,and neutrophil will kill candida in hematogenous spread,,where as in candida esophgitus,,in aids,
