I am in no way involved with this product. I discovered it while looking for MCAT materials on ebay. For those looking for something to help them do better in medical school this speed reading program has noticeably improved my reading spead. You can literally tell your eye muscles are stronger and quicker after the first week-- at least for me.

I remember someone posting "What should I review, etc before I start in Sept" this reading program would be a good idea. Looking at my First Aid Book and MERP stuff it would be hard to review things you have not really seen before. For example, the Physiology diagrams would be semi-useless to me if I did not see it before in a lecture and took notes on it. But that again is just me.

I don't think speed reading necessarily helps. It's about the efficiency of what you're learning as you read. It doesn't help if you read fast but miss the details. When reviewing for the usmle, every word counts.

But it does help with efficiency in the sense that your eye muscles are stronger and get fatigued less. And every little bit helps, plus it is affordable. Anyhoot, not spam just an honest recommendation.
