Most of us used (back then...) the red physical diagnosis spiral bound book and some "underground" notes that were passed around. I don't know if they are still being passed around.

Also, First Aid works well for most Shelf and for Step 1 of course.

A lot of people used the yellow Physical diagnosis question book from i think it was PreTest.

A lot also used High Yield internal medicine to study the concepts, using Davidson as reference.

Pharm had a big red review book that was good...I forgot which company makes it, but its the same company that makes the big green/yellow Biochem review book authored by pamela c (it wont let me write out the whole last name).

I agree. Basic knowledge and a few beers the night before should do the trick and get you 60.

Comp requires a bit of studying...First Aid all the way for that.
