there have been previous residents if you look hard enough...question has allways been what program they are from..online or on site. even the online program has a handfull of residents but no one can provide confirmation of a fully licensed onoline grad

I don't think anyone will confirm a licensed grad for obvious reasons...anyone from this forum, out of plain vanity might feed a licensing board with the typical half-sided information that runs like this...IUHS is an online school. Why I say it is half-sided information? Because I already personally know of a couple of licensing boards that were told exactly that. They were under the impression that the whole 4 years were done online and to be fair, we all know they do clinical rotations in greenbook hospitals, with physical attendance.
The residents they have placed , most of them IM. A couple FP. So far none of them have had any problems in their residencies. 3 of them will finish this May and are up for licensure, lets see what happens.
As a reminder, it is their money, their choice, their risk.

AUCMD2006 what are your thoughts of AUC. My cousin went there years ago and he is a practicing Cardiologist doing invasive procedures.

I know of one person who did the basic sciences online, completed their clerkships and residency and is now licensed. This person was not issued a license upon completion of their residency due to the problem in passing USMLE Step 3. The person passed USMLE Step 3 and subsequently was licensed and is now practicing. I will not divulge any more unless IUHS decides to post the information. As far I am concerned, this person passed the steps, successfully completed their residency and is now a practicing physician.

University of Health Sciences Antigua. I went to see the campus and its a beautiful place. The faculty is diverse and the ambiance is just paradise.

The campus at Dow Hill is indeed very beautiful; and the ambience is simply delightful on a moonlight night.
BUT THE PROGRAM STINKS!
IF you want to go to school in Antigua, I think you would be best off at AUA!

The concern regarding releasing of any names of possible licenced grads is obvious. Since the application at the state level doesn't include the right questions related to their past medical education, it would be a risk that if a state did licence an IUHS grad and discovered they had been an on-line student, the state MIGHT consider revoking that licence. You state that 3 are to finish this May. IUHS has been in business long enough to have had full graduates long before this May. Typically they appear to have graduates in the near future.

Speculative reasoning won't get someone licensed neither will get someone's license revoked, it's a catch 22.
As I have said before, it is their money, their choice, their risk.
