I am planning on taking the Step 1 exam for the fouth time in June. I really don't know what the issue is because I score 70-85% on Q-bank and my NBME's exams are equal to 220 on step. I need help fomulating a plan/schedule that I can stick to inorder to see results.

Wow, for the 4th time? The NBMEs you took prior to your actual step 1 was in the 220s. Qbank is inacturate, so just use those for practice questions, not your equivalent score. How have you been studying so far? I've done all Kaplan videos for each course and Goljan for path. First aid also helps as a good review.

Don't feel bad guy. I am in the same boat you are and I have taken the exam four times also. I have taken two review courses (Kaplan and Falcon) and I still have not passed it. So I know how you feel. Don't lose hope! Do lots and lots of questions as the people recommend. That is what I am doing this time also. Also practice doing the questions for many hours to get use to the fatigue of answering questions. You will make it, just keep at it. Good Luck!!
