somebody please tell me is it possible to convert j1 to h1.if possible kindly tell the process.if not what is best way if i want to continue to stay and work here in us after my j1 gets expire

you could try get a J1 waiver job .... that contract plus the No objection certificate issued from your Home goverment should get you a J1 waiver visa ... you could stay on in USA ... after 3 years you could apply for a H1 job
