Hi there,
What is everyone using for health insurance while they are on the island? I've been looking at all different kinds of Ex-Patriot types of insurance and I'm a little overwhelmed especially since I'm used to the simple, yet ineffective health insurance plans of Canada. We just moved to the U.S. so I need something that will cover us both when we are on island and when we return home for visits. The U.S. style insurance is a bit overwhelming to understand. I'm keeping my US insurance while on Saba. Just make sure you apply for coverage well before you have to move to the island because it can take up to a month between the time you apply and the time your coverage begins.

The welcome package from SABA contains so called Global Health Insurance. That is the one you need to purchase. It is good for the island as well as for your clinical (and visiting time while on the island) in US.
