i am a medical student in the carribean island.i want to know if i can be able to transfer to palacky?can anyone tell me of any private loan i can apply for with a cosigner to attend palacky?i want to know if i can apply for the 4year programme ,if they have any?
if i am admitted,since i am in the carribean ,can i apply for my visa in venuezuela by just sending my passport via dhl or fedex to venuezuela?
