Hi,
I have been accepted to Spartan, but I am worried because I am hearing bad things about them, that the school is tiny and the professors are not that great. I know these may be all speculations, but I want to know for sure.
Also, the 36 month program seems really short....are there any grads from Spartan to enlighten me about there possible experiences?

i think you needto do some research on all Caribbean schools before you finalize your decision...good luck

I have done plenty of research. But, I feel that hearing peoples experiences first hand would allow me to better access the situation.
I have been accepted into a few others as well, but the reason I'm leaning towards Spartan at the present moment is because it seems to be one of the most affordable schools in the Caribbean.
I would really appreciate it if a possible Spartan student would possibly give some feedback about the school.

hey whats up i was feeling the same way, but the school is getting their act together. i had a friend who went there and she liked it. she is currently doing her rotations in the US and cost was an issue for her and me to. of course you have to study a lot on your own. a lot of these carribean medical schools are not going to spoon feed you. so its really up to the individual to do it. you should be fine.

I was planning on for may but beucause they dont have their loans i might have to wait for sept. i really want to start now but not having their teri loans will most likely delay me. did you get loans? and when are you starting? thanks

Hey whats up, yeah i was slatted for may but since no loans no school this semester. It is completly the schools responsiblity to fix this problem and as the case more students wont be attending in may. I will go in sept if everything falls threw which the Dean said it would. He just couldnt tell me when the loans will go threw. its a sad situation because it was the only school i applied to and didnt think it would be this big of a problem. It looks like there are going to be a good number of people attending for may too. Oh well, i will now plan on to applying to a few schools to keep myself safe. anyways good luck to all.

You know, you are asking the wrong people here. I bet you even the administration of Spartan doesnt know. Why dont you ask TERI themselves?

Hey,
their is no one medical school that will promiss you that upon completeing the MD program you will pass, and get accepted in to top residency program inclusive US school. The only way you can be successful is Only when you set your heart, your soul, your most wanted desire of wanting something on to what you are about to achive....am I clear...well for short...I know alot of MD who have done through Spartan some arr Fellows at my Hospital...Spartan is a great school but you have to make yourself greater to make it. Great + great = great er:D
