Yes - Cyanide block Complex 4 (Cytochrome oxidase)... also Carbon monoxide.

The way I remember it:
The word "CyCO" has 4 letters...
Cyanide - blocks Complex 4 (Cytocrhome C Oxidase)
Carbon Monoxide (CO) - blocks Complex 4

DCCD and oligomycin both block the F0 of ATPase and inhibit proton flowing through it. This would increase the gradient as proton is still being extruded out.
