The postgraduate internship in Czech Republic

Hello. As I'vee seen there are a lot of people studying in Czech Republic so maybe some could help me. One of my friends is thinking about going for a postgraduate internship and later to do the speciality training in the Czech Republic. So may questions - how long does the internship in CR last and is there any exam finishing it? What's the salary? What are the chances to get into the speciality training?

Or maybe does anybody have a contact with any Czech student who could give some information to a fellow medical student from another country about the possibility of the internship and the speciality training there?
