I'm coming to bonaire in May 2007. I was just wondering if there were any Bonaire students out there that can give me some information on living conditions and the school itself. I havent seen may pictures online of this school wanted to know how large class sizes are as well. I also have read in these forums that Bonaire does not have a cadaver lab. Is this true? If anyone can help me out I'd really appreciate it. Thanks!

As for the school, I use to teach at SJSM, so I have no ideas on xavier specifics. As for living on Bonaire, it is not to expensive and is laid back. Good food, decent night life, no real crime to speak of (bicycle thefts are common, but no violent crime).

It is true as of now Xavier Bonaire does not have a Cadaver Lab but the use of cadavers is not practiced in some American medical schools, and is not necessary to learn anatomy. However, I heard a rumor that Xavier Bonaire may introduce cadaver labs next semester.

i have emailed the student government address with questions before, they have replied to me once. they were helpful. if they are not quick about it, i would just call the school (ohio office) directly to get answers.
