Have there been any word from the students that lost their residency positions because FS and the Africians didn't complete their paper work?

Once you are in the Match, you are done with the paper work. So the school sent the papers on time in order for them to be able to match! People having problems with their paper work are those who owe money to the school and or people who are in the legal litigio.

There were two graduates already in Residency who lost their positions one in Pathology in Mass, and the other in surgery someplace. The state licensure board requested verification from the school in Senegal that they were graduates. The school never responded and both lost their residency positions. They were both named in the law suit against FS and SCIMD because they took their tuition, signed their diploma's but didn't respond in time to complete their paprer work. Some states will require direct verification after completion of your first year in residency.

Wow that is very sad! I'll bet that happened when the " PL" was in charge. I will email them to see what is going on with their residencies and post it back. At the moment I know they are doing moving arragements. Hope nothing bad happens to them, they are really good people that trusted the school. It is a shame, what people can do for money!

You're right PL and FS were in charge, of the US and UK program. But the Prof D was in charge in Senegal where the papers were sent and a response was never received from. I have an email from FS to Prof D. (part of the court doc's) blasting him for destroying the lives of these graduates. You claim to know who they are?????? since I can't post their names I'll post their initials MV, and OM. MV has a new residency in DC after wasting a year because she couldn't get credit and OM has filed a law suit against SCIMD and Prof D. He was in the third year of a surgical residency. As it currently stands the receivers have over 130 (One Hundred thirty) complaints against FS/SCIMD. Not 10, 20, 50, or even 100 but 130. These grads are going to need verification again when they apply for licensure (DC doesn't need it for residency). Lets all start to pray for them.

Actually I'm here because of my anger and I want perspective students to be warned. So what am I angry about the simple fact that FS refused to take my calls so I went to his office in Hicksville. I'm angry that all the students files were all over the floor and stacked in corners and that students were going through what ever they wanted to, your file, my file anyone and everyones file. I angry FS ignored his financial responsibility to the students and I'm angry that FS invited me into his office and was all smiles then once I told him who I was he refused to speak with me and said if I don't leave his office he would call the police (big hint who I am just ask your boss now and you'll have a name). I not looking to get people to side with me, you don't see the admin asking anyone else to post here just you so if anything I would say you have an interest in the school not me.

P.S. 130 complaints against FS/SCIMD just call the receivers. Here's a quote from Mr. B at the receivers office "We're just trying to get SCIMD to do the right thing". Very telling if you get the meaning..................:rolleyes:

I'm glad that someone else see's this too...

i don't think anyone puts ALL the blame on PL... FS and the senegalese are also at fault for the things that happened... but it seems that soap (AKA PL) only seems to blame FS and the senegalese....

FS and the senegalese are at least making a reasonable attempt to try and correct the problems (albeit very very slowly) but at least making an effort.. while PL (aka soap) still try and shift the blame to everyone else and still try to take money from poor students...

I attacked PL, I initially attacked by calling the attorney general in NJ, NY, and FL. Then I hired an attorney and pursued him further, then my attorney contacted the attorney general office in NJ and that was when I started to get the facts and more important documentation. I almost even donated to JF legal fund in the UK and the only reason I backed out was because I was sent a letter from JF's UK attorney stating that FS would cover any cost that the students didn't cover so I figured let him pay.
The way I see it is that you guys have an interest in SCIMD, you have been promised either reduced tuition, choice rotations, or even an ownership percentage (like JF). I don't have an interest in SCIMD, the bottom line for me is that FS/Senegaleese used the students to extort PL, we were all used. If you had the information I have you would know what ***** FS really is. Even the Attorney Generals office in NJ plans to bring action against FS and not PL. So I guess the correct question is:

Interesting. However, it seems that PL has a proven track record of trying to take people for long rides just as his failed attempt via a joint venture in Costa Rica when SC was about to fold and many other circumstances I can discuss in private with you via PM. Didn't you read what he pulled on that guy? Those are serious allegations. The report I posted is just another mark on his gracious record. He is no saint, of course you may have a different opinion, and I respect that.

FS, don't care much about him, don't even know about him as much as I do about PL, since his days at Grace.

Final note, I have no vested interest in SC, wrong assumption on your part, a generic one as a matter of fact. I attended and graduated a different school, different system, the reason I ask is general interest. Not everyday you get something like the SC situation. Feel free to PM me, there are certain things we are not allowed to discuss in the forum about this PL character.

That was a good joke.You talk like this guy was a catholic martyr or something like that. Is he up for sainthood too?

After carefully reviewing the documents posted by the attorney in the other thread, I can see some federal charges sticking to him, perhaps wire fraud, postal fraud among other juicy ones.(just my legal opinion, not advise) And you know what? Under federal guideline sentences, he will see some prison time no matter if he gets a plea deal, the days of probation under federal law are gone. If you don't believe me, ask Fastow from Enron and his wife. Honestly I don't think PL can get or buy a better attorney than Fastow did, and look were he is now, rather than trading energy, he now trades cigarrettes.
