I heard that those people who pass pre-med at MUA-nevis also have the oppurtunity to apply/attend saba with those pre-req if a 3.0 is attained. Has anyone else heard this?

It is an administrative policy that no premed student is allowed into Med1 with a grade of less than 3.0. I know some students who just barely missed 3.0 and did not get in to Med1.

Also, a couple of students that finish Premed at MUA do get admitted to SABA.

I am looking at this option as well because of the hyperbaric medicine studies available at Saba (otherwise, med @ Nevis wd b fine). If I contact the office in Gardner, will they be frank with me about a poss slot at Saba?

try to have a letter before starting so that you can show SABA that you maintained your GPA....and that you should be allowed to attend SABA....make sure you have that letter...i know a few friends weren't allowed to transfer as they were promised but then were told too bad...

Letter from Saba? What should I ask for? My thinking is to apply to all of my schools of interest for a May 2008 entrance. I have already applied to MUA premed for Sep07 or Jan08. I'm really only short org chem, but my gen chem is very old. I also plan to sit for the MCAT between premed semesters. I have about 130 hours, but no degree.
O no..another will I get in post...:bored: It just came out of nowhere
