But who would be the boss? Who would this new hiree answer to? The director for the moment...PP!

Nope, the change needs to come on a grander scale for any improvements to be made. Ross can hire thousands of new advisors but as long as the boss is incompetent; nothing will change.

I'd fend for you guys and gals tooth and nail, but prolly not smack anyone. I think having a sound clinical experiency with lots of hands-on (and NOT scut work) is vital in your develpment as physicians. I'm happy that Ross added many sites and hope to see many more. For those of you willing to move around a little, there are probably some good opportunities at the new sites.
