I'm doing surgery at Huron Hospital in Cleveland. A couple words of advice on housing..........! Do NOT rent an apt at North Pointe! It looks great from the outside......BUT it is chock-full of hoodlums! Every week the fire alarm goes off at 2 am because some little punk thought it would be funny to pull the alarm; you get stuck in elevators with people that you think are going to rob you.......speaking of elevators..... THEY ARE ALWAYS BREAKING!!! So if you don't mind walking up 21 flights of stais, that's cool.
Seriously, though, not a great place to live. Stay AWAY FROM STREET NUMBERS BELOW 260th. Trust me on that one.
Beechwood is very nice, as is Richmond Hills.
Prepare yourself if you're doing this rotation. You will see more GSW's than you'd ever care to!
