its a studio type room inside a house...maybe a converted garage or just a separate room with its own entrance, etc.

well some have em and some don't. A place where my friend lives now its a pretty nice efficiency. It's large with a nice sized stove, sink and microwave. He lives on sw 8th st near 137 ave so its pretty far from the 7000 building.

plus with the above ad, its in coconut grove...its a very rich area so its no surprise its so expensive.
