In the brochure for the pre-med/MD program, the one year pre-med says it's 2 BLOCKS. I called the PA office and the St. Kitts office and nobody knows what the blocks are. Can someone tell me what the blocks are? And how are they different from semesters?
Any answers would be helpful.

Block = semester....same thing...lol
One year is equally distributed in 3 semesters AKA blocks....if you come in as a premed, u have to do 2 semesters of Premed, then u go in to MD where u do 4 semesters on the island, and the 5th semester in carbondale, IL....but IF u enter as a premed, you will need to do an extra semester in carbondale after ur 5th semseter. i hope tat helps.

Premed is 3 semesters on Island
MD is 4 semesters on Island
MD 5th is done in Carbondale IL then you take USMLE course
then the remaining semesters are Clinicals
