I am a clinical student who has a room for rent in a nice recently renovated apartment directly across the street from Wyckoff Heights Medical Center. The room is available immediately(3/5/07). The rent is $650/month. The lease is month to month (no long term commitment,no finders fee, no hassles!)The lease is with a physician who owns the building and has a private practice on the first floor of the building. I have lived here for six months with no problems. The apartment is furnished. (kitchen table, couch,tv,etc.) Your room comes with a TV (i have an extra one) and a brand new mattress(still in the plastic.)The hospital's main enterance is a 15 SECOND walk. Just roll out of bed and into your rotation, with no transportation cost. The subway is 1 block away. (15 min to manhattan) There is plenty of parking available. dunkin donuts,subway,grocery stores,laundromats,and anything else you would need are all within 2 minutes walking. If
