A couple of questions:

1) Can you tell me how many students are projected for the fall?

2) When is construction slated to begin for the real campus and will it be in the southern part of the island or north, in Castries? I heard it might be moved to castries. When is it slated for completion?

3) What other areas is the school seeking to improve upon currently?

4) When is New York approval slated for? I know its 2007 sometime...Am I correct that with NY approval for residency comes FL approval?

5) For students who have completed a medical school level course in a post bac program, such as physiology, will the faculty consider transfer credit pending successful completion of said course?

6) To what residencies have your first round of graduates applied?

7) Any update on loans?

8) Any update on how many students have passed USMLE? What is the current total of students who have taken and passed?

9) What is IAU's projected goals for enrollment, educational goals, campus improvements, etc. within the next 2 years.....5 years...10 years?

Re. question #5 -- Im not sure of exactly what you mean by a "medical school level course in a post bac program". Post bacc programs offer undergraduate level courses, so any extra courses that you may have taken, such as physiology or genetics, are probably undergraduate level (101 to 399 level), not graduate level (>401 level).
In any event, most schools are not so quick to accept transfer credits, though it might help if the credits are coming from a US medical school. If I misunderstood you, and you are taking a medical physiology course in a US medical school, you might think about trying to get those credits transferred. However, if not... yes, physiology does get more complicated in med school.

Yeah, sorry about that, if i was unclear. Im completing classes within a medical school that use the same syllabus, exams, profs, whole 9 yards as the M1s.....And yes physiology in med school is like night and day as compared to undergrad :)

A couple of questions:

1) Can you tell me how many students are projected for the fall?

A. around 20 with 3-4 students coming from the Texas A&M program

2) When is construction slated to begin for the real campus and will it be in the southern part of the island or north, in Castries? I heard it might be moved to castries. When is it slated for completion?

Late 2007 for construction. Although, since the current building can hold over 100 students there's no rush. It is wired for wireless internet, 3 large classrooms, large study areas, etc.

3) What other areas is the school seeking to improve upon currently?

School is improving on Admissions and Loans, which go hand in hand. Many of these loans are waiting on New York's approval also. New computers and lab equipment are on the way.

4) When is New York approval slated for? I know its 2007 sometime...Am I correct that with NY approval for residency comes FL approval?

New York is scheduled to come end of May, which is when all students will be back from break. (Semester ends in April). Florida should follow with approval, it has been answered previously.

5) For students who have completed a medical school level course in a post bac program, such as physiology, will the faculty consider transfer credit pending successful completion of said course?

This depends on several criterias. If the school is US based, most likely. If not, there might be a review on the course for equivenlency or requirement of taking the NMBE exam for that course to prove compentency. Approval is contingent upon admission committe. Call the dallas office.

6) To what residencies have your first round of graduates applied?

None yet, applications will take place late this year among 2-3 students.

7) Any update on loans?

See question 3. Of course any new developments on loans will be IMMEDIATELY posted.

8) Any update on how many students have passed USMLE? What is the current total of students who have taken and passed?

Step One = 7/10 passed.
Step Two = 2/2 passed

5 new students and 1 repeat will be taking step 1 within the next few months.

9) What is IAU's projected goals for enrollment, educational goals, campus improvements, etc. within the next 2 years.....5 years...10 years?

Research Department with the Continuing Education Committee.

And of course new campus, better dorms, more options for clinicals, and more students.
